Morning! It was cloudy and cooler yesterday but I think hot again today. I got my truck back from the shop. Very happy and now I need to water the horses and get hay moved around. We have been working the new horses, fun, fun. Big guy is pretty smart and the mare is figuring out that we seem to be quite interesting too. She was old school trained and so this natural horsemanship round penning is giving her brain something to think about. Her ears and eyes are now following and she is getting relaxed and inquisitive. DS$ has been riding in the arena, getting to know her. He was surprised at how differently the two horses work in the round pen and so he is getting a psychology lesson too.
Thanks for the coffee! Guess I should really get rolling...... Have a beautiful day, even if it is hot!

Has he figured out that every horse will be as different as two people will be?

Man alive, ya'll are wearing talking about riding and working. My work this a.m. is about laundry, cleaning bathrooms and taxiing the Wildbunch to the Boys and Girls club, football and basketball practice. Right now its time for my coffee break so I'm enjoying my coffee and computer. Ya'll have a great day!
