Good Saturday morning, all!
It's a beautiful, rainy day here in Oregon - which I love because it's supposed to cool things off by like 20 degrees compared to yesterday so it is really feeling like fall!

It is the BLT season... I "bake" the bacon on the grill... Then have BLT's throughout the day.

Thank You Phil! this is the best idea I seen this week!
I did that yesterday afternoon, 3 lbs. of bacon later (and several smacked Grandkids fingers) I had enough grilled/baked up for us to have BLT's for supper.

Hi! I smell Bacon!!

That is about what I was trying for.

I cooked bacon too! My BLTs didn't look quite like Leave a light On's - funny post by the way- but I have to do something to use up my tomatoes from the greenhouse. This is the first year that I have gotten tomatoes "to die for" at my house. Nice big sandwich ones that taste wonderful. Not very many, but a few and they must be celebrated!
Coffee and chores, giddy-up!

It is hard to get a good shot off if your drinking anything stronger, just saying. So in this case, things do go better with just a coke.

This cough and wheeze I have is keeping Bambi away.....

From the looks of this, Coke has an intoxicating effect on deer -- ,maybe that would make them easier to get???
