My Dear Diva, I'll let you have the cookies, I get the extra bacon from Friday!
This school system is a bit nutty. They have the pre start of the school year Open House's this Monday afternoon. We are in the 97% shadow range, what were they thinking? At least it's only one of the 3 Grandkids not all of them.

Morning! DS$'s school is basically shutting down and going hiking up to some meadows to view the goings on. I would skip the Open House or at least bail out for a few minutes. Maybe they will have something fun going on?

We have at least one Elementary school that is hosting an eclipse viewing event. While BB2K's school is doing Open House tomorrow, it will take place after the sun's return.
