Good morning, the coffee and hot water for tea drinkers is ready.



Cudjoe is where DH's good friend lives...no word from him yet on how things are down there. No word yet from any of our Key West friends either. It's been a worry-filled weekend for sure.

I heard from my brother in Melbourne. He doesn't have any major damage, just trees and such. No power of course, but he's alive.

Have you tried moose tracks? Kind of similar to Rocky road but has mini peanut butter cups in it.

BTW at the grocery store that cleared out my favorite H.D.Rocky Road - they had 3 more today, so I took them. You know, I think I'm getting sick of that flavor...maybe I'm ready to start eating healthier stuff. I did pick up 3 candy bars at Walgreens but, those are for emergencies only.

Too many things going on at once. I wish the weather & warring factions would take a good, LONG break. Then we could all breathe for awhile, and my nails could grow out, so I could bite them off again

Heavy overcast and breezy, much like yesterday. Only real difference is periods of pouring rain - Irma's last hurrah on the east coast, apparently. I'm glad it waited until today to get here; I saw watch boxes popping up all over the radar image when it was in South Carolina yesterday.
