Surely, no hen can outsmart an aggregation of hungry Aedes? They can eat a few, but the insects take revenge when the coop is sleeping

I have a friend that claims Buckeyes to be the absolute best bug eaters. Any time I complain about mosquitoes, she reminds me that I need some Buckeyes. Other than being pretty in the pictures I've looked up, I know nothing else about them.

I am pretty sure they were developed in Ohio, possibly by a woman?

My house is mine again, the Florida refugees went home. I did sneak a nap this afternoon trying to get rid of my headache. Hopefully tomorrow it will be sunny and i can get some work done.

Morning! Looks good. I hope Scott is okay as well. My guess is Mr. Fixit is working hard with the clean-up. Sheep got a flock health check and the blood tests come back some time next week. The vet said that they all looked good and he liked the new little guy.

The wild indian grandchildren are on their way back home. So my projects should start to get accomplished once more. They were fun to see, though.
