Margie, did you feed out your beefer or buy it ready to finish? I know what home fed meat can cost compared to the big feed lots/ bird houses, we don't like eating almost tasteless mush-meat ourselves. enjoy your better meat!!

If you added an Zero too that last number, you would be getting close to my numbers (not bragging, just chicken math). We also had to get a 16cf upright for the meat load, get the biggest chest freezer you can fit in the space you have.

NJ isn't that where a lot of shark attacks have been happening? Toss a shark in the pool and see if that drives the bears out. Of course then you are stuck with a shark in your pool. Better rethink that.
