BYC Café

Our last house it took 4 month and we had ever-changing closing dates (ended up with 6 of those).

For anyone that hasn't bought a house in the last 8-10 years, you don't know the fun you're missing

big mess yes they required the windows in the bedrooms where to high for proper egress so one window in each of three rooms was done looks weird now in my view three one way one oddball boohoo.gif

Kdogg I didn't know they had more Texas Roadhouses. Neat. Glad you enjoy them like I do. The cinnamon butter is to die for. Love the rolls and their corn. Didja sign up for their emails? They were giving a free sidekick of ribs when it was my Birthday.

I scarf down the rolls, so when the waiter comes back I ask for more - then take them with my doggy bag. Their baked potatoes are great too. You really get big portions when you eat there.

Yeah, I think they're a chain. Not sure how big of a chain though. Ours just recently opened like I think within the last year or year and a half. I know they had one in Erie PA when Inwas going to school there. I do love them. Delicious lol you sound like me with the rolls. Eat way too many of them. :lol:Not just there, any place with rolls/bread, chips, etc. Always fill up before the actual meal comes then no room for the meal :lau

I think Longhorn Steakhouse had good bread too. Or maybe it's Outback or 99. One of them has the dark brown bread and it's always warm and delicious :love

Lonestar I think was the name of our first steakhouse and we used to go there often. They had the dark brown pumpernickel bread - to die for. If it was your birthday you'd get a cupcake with a candle in it and the servers would sing their kind of birthday song. Embarassing but fun. Had many memorable meals there.

When my best friend for 23 years passed away . I stopped crying long enough to remember what he said. When he felt good he always said "I feel like a bloody steak and baked potato.(and a cigar) He got asked to put the cigar out many times & did. That was before the no smoking in public places era.

So I walked to the steakhouse by myself and ordered that and thought about him doing the same thing. It was very comforting but, I still miss him.

Thanks pert, I've never heard of 'that one'. I don't recall any belly button references as a kid. Or thoughts of an Indian shooting me. But, yes, sure does attract lint.

Women know that when they are pregnant their belly button (innie) gets pushed outtie. I never knew that. Didn't want to know it that intimately.Thankfully it went back where it belonged after labor.

We had them in KS and FL too.

According to their website, they have over 400 locations in 49 states. So a pretty big chain.
