I did that! Oh boy did THAT hurt! The Phillips tip went almost all the way through the thumb nail. Once I finish the hole and got the blood out, it felt much better.Sigh. I did get the front of the rabbit cage done so tomorrow we can move it into place then put the roof on. I did manage to have the impact driver slip off a screw and mess up my left thumb.
My IBS is troubling me, despite the new meds the doctor gave me. It seems like always something wrong these days.
Hope everyone had a good day.
Good morning Café and thanks for the coffee, Shad.Good morning Cafe.
Coffee is on the stove.
It froze here overnight but now the sun is shining.
Got caught by one of those small irritations that can send me into a rage spin very quickly; the zipper broke on my warm jacket.![]()
You know what it's like with zippers; once they've stopped holding it's sew in a new one or bin the garment. This one is old and the waterproofing has had it so its the bin. Shame really, it was quite warm.Good morning Cafe folks!
Tasty coffee this morning Shad, thank you. Sorry about your jacket, can you repair it?
We're going to have a warm day today too, it's already 39*. Then on Tuesday & Wednesday supposed to snow again. Oh well, that's winter!
It's got to be good just to get above freezing hasn't it?Good morning Café and thanks for the coffee, Shad.
We're coming into a nice warm spell. Heading into the high 40s today. But it isn't going to be sunny. The last sunny day was the day I took the picture of the river. The high was 12 that day.![]()
I shop at the Salvation Army thrift stores here in the States. Last month I got a very warm wool coat for $5. It looked new and that style sells for over $175 in stores. Not a bad deal. You know what it's like with zippers; once they've stopped holding it's sew in a new one or bin the garment. This one is old and the waterproofing has had it so its the bin.
