she has a lot of swelling and wrist & forearm bruised with much pain. Her rib is cracked which is really causing the most pain and severly restricting her mobility My wife is a tough gal and she will make it through this with time. Thanks for everyone's concern!

Thanks so much for the update! Let her know we're thinking about her and don't work yourselh to the bone taking care of her either. for you, she probably doesn't want one at the moment.

That's so funny, my ma used to do that for us when we were kids! She'd thin the batter and make really thin ones for easier rolling I'd forgotten about that.

Same! With some butter melted on the hot toast and then cinnamon sugar sprinkled on it. Or cream cheese and cinnamon sugar.

Toast and lemon curd is my all time favorite. I like bright cool fruit tastes over warm cinnamon.
