I read recently that you should eat like a king for breakfast, a prince for lunch, and a pauper for dinner, or something to that effect. I might be getting the phrases wrong. But the idea is that if you eat a lot in the morning, you have all day to work it off as opposed to eating a lot at night. Most people do just the opposite of that haha I admit I am very guilty of it myself and most days don’t even eat breakfast

often I only eat once a day then just snack a bunch in between because I eat so late

but I’ve been trying to eat breakfast more. Not just because of that but I also get kinda physically sick as it gets later in the day and I still haven’t eaten by 2 or 3 ha and then I am starved and eat junk. So I am trying to be better. Now, I need to be better about actually making it be breakfast and not brunch at like 11, 11:30 but still

and clearly I did not follow the pauper thing for dinner either with that and with a muffin as a snack several hours after at like 10

but it is some progress at least hah
