NFC, your cake was super 'swell' with the coconut in it. I did a cup in the batter & also sprinkled a bit on the frosting (I tried a buttercream this time & that was really 'swell' too.) Theres plenty left over, so help yourselves.

I think I've found a potential problem with having multiple roosters with regard to egg fertility. I'm working on the article now.
It goes against the rooster to hen ratio so often cited.
I wish I was a better record keeper.
