They are very smart. Do they have them in Spain?I've not seen one in real life. Very wolfish looking and to my eyes a very attractive dog.
I've just been looking at pictures of them on the net.
I used to have a long haired Rottweiler, with a tail I might add. The herding instinct in him was pretty evident. He was a lovely looking dog and very sociable.
I didn't know there was such a thing as a long haired Rottweiler! Going to have to look them up. Was he pretty good sized? I don't have much experience with that breed. I love their blocky heads though

I don't much care for docking tails and she was docked before we got her. Though, now, some are born with no (or very little) tail. Not sure how that came about. I read a bit about the purpose(s) behind it, but...I don't know. Seems unnecessary.
