BYC Café

I've not seen one in real life. Very wolfish looking and to my eyes a very attractive dog.
I've just been looking at pictures of them on the net.:)
I used to have a long haired Rottweiler, with a tail I might add. The herding instinct in him was pretty evident. He was a lovely looking dog and very sociable.
They are very smart. Do they have them in Spain?

I didn't know there was such a thing as a long haired Rottweiler! Going to have to look them up. Was he pretty good sized? I don't have much experience with that breed. I love their blocky heads though :)

I don't much care for docking tails and she was docked before we got her. Though, now, some are born with no (or very little) tail. Not sure how that came about. I read a bit about the purpose(s) behind it, but...I don't know. Seems unnecessary.

He was pretty small compared to most of the Rottweilers I've seen.
I'll find a picture of him.

Here's a couple more, cuz if I can find an excuse to share, I will :D

I'm not a baker....not much of a cook come to that.:p
I do have some questions...
Will wholemeal flour work, or is white flour needed?
You write cream cheese. Can I use goats cheese without wrecking the flavor? It's a bit on the strong side as cream cheeses go.

Not certain about the flour as I am really not a baker either. Goats cheese as much as I like it would be too strong I think. The important thing is really good jam. The dough as it warms up is a pain in the arse to work with. A chilled rolling pin as described by @drumstick diva would be a great help.

Just completed 8 dozen butter cookies and 3 dozen of 'Grandma Wallace's' (as in my grandmother) lemon raisin cookies.

Done for the day :yesss:

Okay use to bring dogs for clients back the USA pretty much went all over for it the true Rott is not huge they are medium but sturdy, solid and lovable a wonderful breed the size height of a golden or GSD as the GSD is square built of old
