Good morning everyone! I'm getting my lazy self moving. I'm slow moving this morning. Heading outside to say hi to HeiHei which means chicken in Samoan. I just liked the name I don't think I looked up the meaning, but husband did last night. He seems to be falling in love with our gold laced Polish, which is fine by me. Just as long as he stays in our yard!

Ahh, wood heat is the best. We don't have it in our house, but we spend a lot of our time in the shop by the stove.

I wouldn't have been able to shoot the dog probably anyway. When I got to Thistle she was lying on her side with one of the dogs trying to tear a hole in her. I had to drag the dog off her. The other ran away as soon as the dog I dragged off Thistle yelped.
Quite lucky not to get bitten really but one doesn't think about that in the heat of the moment.

Definitely do not want to shoot the dog, miss and shoot the sheep! Afterwards though...

Growing up, three of our dogs wandered into a field with sheep. Just being on the property got them shot
