I don’t think I’ve ever had a pecan cookie

Most of my cookies are butter based and pecans go very well in them. They are more like shortbread cookies than the fluffy chocolate chip style cookies.

Butter and pecans go together like "peas & carrots"! I put about a cupfull in a measuring cup and immerse them in butter. Dust with Medditerain salt, then roast in the oven for about 5 mins.
They are also good coated in a brown sugar slurry and then roasted.

Hey there alive even took a shower ready to kick it Sun is out dry right now
need to count birds for real have 7 in the grow out of maybe 8 like 25 in the coop
used walnuts in the Lady fingers look like long turds with bumps

The nuts need to be chopped very fine in the Angel Fingers. BTW, Lady Fingers don't have nuts at all. They are a soft spongy cake type cookie used in Tiramisu.
