Surprising, not even a little bit! There's some leftovers, but it's mostly brown. This has been the norm for the last few years. It'll get with it in February and March

I'm doing pretty good. Struggling with some pains a bit and trying to adjust my attitude haha. Can't let that get ya down, right?

IHOP!

IF I were desiring pancakes late at night:
Like the one closest to Kelsey, the one "here" is open 7 AM-10 PM daily. Additionally it is 25 miles away. I could make pancakes, eat them and have the dishes done in less time that it would take to drive to IHOP. Plus I don't charge myself extra for real maple syrup .... it is the only kind that will ever be in my house.

BTW, to my knowledge the IHOP in South Burlington (the only one in the state AFAIK) is the only one that has real maple syrup. They had to convince "corporate" to allow them to carry it since it makes them not a "cookie cutter" IHOP. But Vermont is the maple syrup state, we make more than every other state in the USA and every province or territory in Canada except Quebec (which makes 10X that of Vermont). And in that production, Vermont almost makes more than every other US state combined.

Would that be with real maple syrup?

Maple smoked bacon is ok but not syrup pour on the bacon!

Real or Aunt Jemima/Log Cabin/Mrs. Butterworth's or the real stuff? I don't pour it on bacon or sausage but there could be accidental contact with some that has escaped the pancakes/French toast/waffles upon which it was poured.

Love good maple syrup here we are able to buy it out here BF does french toast allot in the mornings

Yep, cold mornings warm afternoons!
Absolutely, if ya let it get ya down, you have lost the war! I loose battles occasionally but ultimately will when the war.
