I don't believe that anything that is naturally occurring out of the ground is bad for you and that a lot of it is hype. I don't think that any type of numbers will ever sway me to think any different.High fructose like high fructose corn syrup. It does most of the same stuff. I have seen it be pulled off of the healthy lists over the past several years

Most agave syrup has a higher fructose content than any commercial sweetener -- ranging from 55 to 97 percent, depending on the brand, which is FAR HIGHER than high fructose corn syrup (HFCS), which averages 55 percent. This makes agave actually WORSE than HFCS.Jun 15, 2010
They say that coconut oil is severely bad for you and all this other stuff and to me it's just because people are being paid off to say this.
They'd rather have you think that high corn fructose syrup is better than agave because they want you to buy products with it or they're going to lose money.
