I'm still working on mom's house. She'll be in before the month is out come hell or high water.
The people are still very interested in buying dad's house. We are waiting for the appraisal to come back before setting the price and determining who will be doing what work and on what timeline. I hope it's high enough that I will tell them if they want it they have to do all the work and finish it by mid-December so we can go under official contact and they can apply for their mortgage.

Today the air quality is better. We are not close to the big fire but the smoke has been terrible!

That's nice it's not too close, but I bet the smoke is wicked.

Hey, Penny! Nice to see you. Luckily it didn't stick around. Headed for 85° today. Might not make it because of the smoke, but still warm.

Lol, they're not scared of heights for sure. They'll come sailing down when it's safe.

Yep, it's already been said. Twice. I'm not sure why he humors me, but he does I should go put that board on the bales the lot of them are on like he's been mentioning...

I wish I could've seen them go up and come back down! I love wild turkeys, but don't get to see them too often. Maybe a couple times a year.
