I have a secret and I can't tell ya or else I'd have to shoot ya... But I just successfully hatched 5 eggs (last for this season).. Oh, I did see a video of a guy make a sponge holder and duck taped it to his stomach.. he actually hatched a duck egg that way.

Good evening Cafe.
I've made a pot of tea. Earl Grey again I'm afraid. I'm having a few posh evenings.
Lovely day here weather wise again. Tonight isn't as cold as last night. I think it's about 10C outside.
I've got lots of tree huggers here not to mention acres of scrub for chickens to hide in. Most nights I get them all into their coops, or at least a coop.
Had one out night before last. Got one out again tonight which I'm about to fetch. She's so high up the magnolia tree it wasn't safe to encourage her out with the others. It's a retrieval on a pole after full dark now.
