I nervously chattered my way through a blood draw yesterday. This is a good sign, as I'm usually ignoring the phlebotomist and their chit chat in order to control my breathing If anything good comes of this, it might be that I'm not a wreck with the thought of a needle stick.

I think lollipops and flowered bandaids should be required at the end. I don't care how old you are...

We are in fire season here. I doubt you could get a wilderness fire permit now.

My youngest DD is gluten intolerant so does not eat doughnuts with gluten in them.

It is tough keeping away from gluten!
