Me too :hmm Do you ever use the coconut aminos? I haven't tried it yet, so I'm not sure what it's like.
No on the coconut aminos, but there is a Japanese soy sauce that is gluten free. Tamari sauce

soy sauce got us for a while!
wow! I thought I was the only one dumb about soy sauce. Our SIL is gluten free, and I've been using Krusteaz gf baking mixes--cheaper than King Arthur's. Never thought about soy sauce or salad dressings! Weeding out recipes that work with 1-1 gf flour

Good evening everyone.

I hope you are having a pleasant day enjoying springtime.

Here in Germany it is already 8.30 pm and getting darker with every minute. The birds are still singing and the chicks are waiting for me to close up their coop after another day of nearly endless rain and hailstorms. But I got lucky: 5 Minutes with just drizzle allowed me to take the pictures. :D

@aart: You asked for some pictures, here they come:

This is Partygirl (BCM x Swedish Isbar) with her brood of 21 chicks, closely surveyed by their warden Ollie:

LOVE Ollie! and his name is perfect
nice chicken brood too
Thank you! :)

His name was Ares, but I did not like it and it did not suit him at all, so Ollie he became.

Funnily enough, the breeder's best friend later adopted one of his brothers and liked the name "Ollie" so much, that she instantly changed his brothers name to Olli as well. But without e. His former name was Quirin 🤪

I'm waiting for the grownies I just baked to be cool enough to slice. Then I am making a big cup of decaf and enjoying a chocolate grownie. Life is very good.

8 days to chick day! (I will try really hard not to be annoying with that. It's just I've had to wait since March.)
