@LaFleche thanks for the coffee. Maggie has been started on the Keppra. I'm hoping that she adjusts as right now it has her entirely too subdued. She's on 125 mg which is a very low dose. We'll see what happens.

I looked up stink bugs in case they are different here than in California and yes they are. I found this picture online:

I do have those in the veg garden though there doesn't seem to be tons of them. I had no idea these stink!! Do they cause problems with the produce we grow?

Heavy infestations can weaken the plants, and they leave bite mark 'specks' on the tomatoes when they feed on them.

They chew the fruits and veggies. And if you make them worried, or crush them, they smell awful!

We got a bunch of groceries today, and we carried all the parts to build the bunk beds in the loft, which i cleaned out earlier today.

Had both this year. Luckily, I still got four pumpkins. Duct tape takes care of the eggs.

Yes, and there are dozens of types of 'shield' bugs.

Visit has had it's ups and downs, but today she cut a bunch of saplings from near the house for me......then cut off most of my hair. Hilarity ensued and the bad times faded.

We had a bad infestation of squash bugs this year too.

Have not seen squash or stink this year yet.

DH and I brought in 4 full loads of firewood rounds today. We used the tractor to pick up the big heavy ones and dump them in the truck. My shoulders are still kinda tired but we have 3 more to go tomorrow to get caught up on that particular chore.
I only got one squash so far this year so not really a good time for the bugs either!
