Torvi, one of my Wellies, exploded last night. Lots of pretty feathers to collect. I've been collecting them since the molt started. I'm going to make a feather wreath.

Funny you should mention them. The bed with my honeynut squash in it is INFESTED with them!!

Some rat ate my best tomato the only one ripening. Put the kat6 rat traps out 3 with sausage.

What about stink bugs? I haven't had any of them either - also not complaining.

I looked up stink bugs in case they are different here than in California and yes they are. I found this picture online:

I do have those in the veg garden though there doesn't seem to be tons of them. I had no idea these stink!! Do they cause problems with the produce we grow?

I had a lot of stink bugs in tomatoes a couple weeks back but they are gone now.
