"Happy" Monday -- hope this starts off a week full of good stuff for everyone.

Think I'm going to try my hand at steaming eggs today - anyone ever try that? I've heard it makes them easy to peel and I might as well try out the steamer basket in my rice cooker, right?

LOL - sometimes safely navigating my house is the most dangerous part of my commute - tripping over dogs and cats (and their toys) or, the worst, stepping on a Lego!
