Sure as long as they are protected from sun/rain etc.
I've had to crate one outside when it was really hot in the coop, then keep moving during the day to keep them in the shade. PIT-A! I actually think the change in scenery shortened the breaking time, tho she was a serious serial that didn't reform until I gave her away, then she never went broody again.
I have a spot that is in the shade all day, so that's where she'll go if she decides to be broody. Thanks.
 
Late to the party, but I come bearing coffee. AQI is in the 'danger' level today = not nice. Computer was fighting us this morning, and the Princess dealt with 3 HP consultants who reached the consensus that the computer was 'corrupted' and needed to be wiped clean. She would not make that decision, and when I returned from town, I was able to log on. If I temporarily disappear, don't worry. I will be back.
