We got a wood splitter 2 years ago. Expensive, but worth it. It should out last us. That thing is a beast!

We need to split a bunch of wood. Hubby has been cutting stuff and hauling it up. When we do it, he's the splitter and I'm the stacker. We can get a LOT done that way.

Some one needs to pay more attention to what they are doing.

car/car/train collision yesterday about 40 miles south of here. 1 car stopped at the crossing, car behind somehow didn't see its brake lights, nor the flashing crossing lights, nor the arm, nor the train. Noticed the ass end of the car late, swerved to the side, hit it anyway then hit the train. Destroyed his car but no injury to anyone in cars or the train. His car did a 180. $220 fine and 2 points on his license. I REALLY REALLY REALLY hope they check his cell phone records because I'll bet he was texting. He deserves a lot more than the slap on the wrist he got. It is illegal in Vermont to have your hands on a phone while driving. Even when stopped at red lights.

At your age even minor injuries can be serious!!!! I'm glad you are OK.
