BYC Café

It's all by the coffee pot except for the liquid Pumpkin Pie Spice creamer that's in the fridge and speaking of fridge getting a new one delivered tomorrow so hopefully the freezer will be good and won't quit before it's a year old AGAIN. It's going to be the same make and model. Yesterday was a VVVVEEEERRRRRRYYYYYYY long day as I was up at 12:30AM (wasn't planning on getting up till 1:30), FH got up at 2 seeing how he had to be at work at 3:30 because they had to leave shop at 4 to go to Roanoke for a couple days then I relaxed until I had to get ready to go to a doctor appointment which I have a day surgery/ procedure in April.
I see we still haven't made it to 10K pages yet.
Right now I am dealing with a 1 yr old dog who is pouting seeing how I just had to throw his favorite blankie in the washer. I swear my dogs (yes all 5 of them) are worse than human kids at times.

We only have one dog, so when one of her beds is in the wash, she just goes to another one. Very spoiled girl... she has 3 beds. 5 if you include the backseats of our vehicles. Yup, the whole backseat is hers.

Dogs are silly
And oh my! Does Freya do silly! She has her own particular quirky ways of expressing her silliness. She has this "purr bark" that is sort of a growl, but not really a growl. If she hears a new noise, she does it, then barks for real.

The noise can be something as scary as... my belt buckle jingling in the bathroom when I get dressed.

That’s hilarious!! Lol

Just cloudy today, rain cancelled.
Might get off my butt and whack/cut the areas that will need to be shoveled.
Used to love this time of year, cool weather for winter prep chores.
Used to is right. After reading about the log splitters and fire wood posts I wish I had had one the winters that I cut and hauled fire wood to a lot of customer. Swinging a jarring wood splitting maul over and over again possibly might be a cause for so much trouble with my shoulders now. I didn't mind so much splitting the ash and oak but that knotty hickory took wedges and a sledge hammer.
