She has 'sit' and the like. I would like for her... here we -go prime example- she brings me my husband's work socks from the dirty clothe hamper.
That is cute and all, but I have picked them up once already, you know what I mean?

She is a retriever.

and rocks. she brings me rocks from the goldfish pond.
and sometimes disgusting decomposing things from somewhere.
That could stop.

but she is retrieving, so I don't know how to stop one without stopping the other.
Mainly I have put off training because it has been a killer year for headaches and I do not want to be inconsistent until I get the pain under control.

try getting her to retrieve stuff you want. ball, training dummy, etc.

and she should learn "no"

between those two, she will quickly learn what to bring you.

Cutie. Rebel Cowboy breeds pugs,
If I ever go small, I think I would go that route. It would be a good excuse to go see him. and pick up a dog!
I am going to turn into the equivalent of the crazy cat lady- but with dogs.

She is a teaser. She knows 'No', but when she has a melting dead frog.. .She can not help herself. She is laughing through it all.
I have had a lot of dogs over my life and I have never had such a character.

The German Shepard was an obedience class star. Brilliant dog.
The golden is very smart, just ...It's like Jonathan Winters in a dog suit.

The obedience class start after the new year, I plan on enrolling her then.
The only problem is they do not let you switch over to another person, so If I start, I have to finish, I can't pass it over to my husband because of a nail through my eye headache.

I "had" a yella lab.........

died last year.

duck huntin last season was not the same......and haven't been mad at them yet this year either.
