This is before my time too. I do remember a very old Captain Kangaroo....But mostly I grew up on Smurfs and Mr. Rogers Neighborhood

She would call out names and tell you she could see you.
I would hide behind the footstool.

I was a certifiably Weird Kid. I knew perfectly well that she couldn't see me; I thought maybe the names that she was calling out were from fan letters that parents or teachers might have sent in (I didn't believe in Santa Claus either). Oddly, I don't ever remember hearing her say my name, which is one of the top 10 names for girls at that time.

Morning! I remember C.K. and Mr. R. Didn't watch much back then either.....
We have a week of snow coming in and some wind. Oughta just be alotta fun!
That drum band thing was amazing! Finals week in school and then, woo hoo! Fun time begins. DH is taking a couple of weeks off from work as well. Maybe we will get some projects done around this place.
