You would be surprised! We clean up pretty good. I make the kids wear shoes, and clothes (this is actually more true then I want to admit) And I get all gussied up and brush my hair DH even wears jeans without any holes in them!

you aint' telling me anything.......lol.....pretty much the same for us, as far as the kids go.

shoes are one of my pet peeves when we go to the big city......lol..


eta: and put some pants or shorts on the baby. a diaper is not proper butt covering in town.......

our utility room.......our back door opens to the utility room....momma tells the kids to not wear their shoes from outside, into the house, so they take them off at the back door.

the problem, is then when they want to go out the front door, they get a different pair of shoes......then come in by the back door again, and take those shoes off....

vicious cycle......mounds of shoes.......

I'm also locking down quail eggs in my incubator. I'm so excited!

Good luck with the hatch! Have you had quail hatch before? They are fun to watch.

I do fairly well with shoes. BUT I must have both a black and brown pair of each type. Like I need a black and brown pair of dress boots (this is what I need to but the heels are coming off), so I can match.
