but that was so the girls couldn't reach them) they really did seem to work, the girls rarely got bit.
Also taking B6 vitamins. The ones that smell. those.
I think it is b6.
Riboflavin.
darn it, I am getting old. i got to go google.

Well forget all that,
Riboflavin is B2 and Thiamine is b1, and that is what smells and keeps the mosquitoes away.

B6 is pyridoxine and that is not what I was thinking about.

Good Lord, don't let DH know that. He believes that since we have no neighbors clothing should be optional...:ep

Happy Mother's Day! DH took me to a nice Cajun restaurant for dinner last night. Well, actually I took him, he just paid for it. it was in Marquette and a friend recommended it, however it was one of those places that if you don't know where to look for it, you're never finding it. The food was outstanding.

More work in the yard today, bought some plants for the retaining wall area, so I hope to get them all in today.

And the dogs decided to go "visit" the neighbors yesterday. You would think with about 360 acres of family land they could stay in their own "yard", but no....they had to head down the road to visit a girl dog named Daisy. But I did get to meet the boys who live there, they brought the dogs back. I'm sure this will be a common occurrence during the summer, I told the boys to come back anytime, I always have cookies! :D

You went to... Lagniappe.... Yummy ....I love the gator bites there.
I know Don the owner... Great eatery.

Didn't even think about that! Thankfully i think it was 30s and 40s but did dip into 20s and it was pouring rain and no fire. Glad they got a fire going.

I love soda but i too try to limit it but doesn't work.

Interesting. Do you eat them or jist carry them around?

Now that's an idea! they are water soluble, so you should be able to make a spray and mist yourself.
I will give that a try.
I swallow them . I figure hey, can't hurt. B vitamins do so much good.
