WVC- so glad to hearDH is doing well. What a beautiful Christmas present! Margie your picture is beautiful, some day I hope to see the mountains.

Tonight my son surprised me and came home two days early! Best present ever. And the pies were delicious, so here they are, I'm pretty sure the Blueberry pairs nicely with ICE CREAM.

Those are looking so good Wiggles!!
I know for a fact that the Pecan pie goes real well with 15 seconds of heating and then at least 3 scoops of Butter Pecan Ice Cream on top.
Blueberry will work also.

so very glad DH came thru. It's the waiting that gets to you. He mustn't lift anything heavier than a cup of coffee or a glass of Christmas Cheer for at least a month and then some

All my swelling has gone down thank god, and all the gastritis victims had a dry night

- not such a cuk start to the day. We had a thunderstorm of note last night - but a beautiful day again. Stumbling off to feed everyone. Catch you later.

Procrastinating on getting up and cleaning. DH has a meeting here today and my wrapping stuff is spread.all over the place. A bit more coffee and I'd better get to work.

Internet woes have gotten even worse - our provider is sending a tech out later today to see if they can figure out what's going on. In the meantime, I'm burning phone data to create a hot spot. The guy who cleared this lot for us all those years ago when we bought it swore this place was cursed; sometimes I wonder . . . .

Praying for speedy healing WV, Whoop.

Thanks everyone. The thoughts and prayers are much appreciated. Hubs will likely go home tomorrow, but possibly today. Waiting for the doc to come back in. We did go for a long walk down the hall, and he's able to eat "normal" food, so everything is on the positive side. Pain management will be the kicker.

Good luck with the internet woes BL. Amazing how much we depend on it, and go nuts when its screwy.
