Morning! Kinda sunny and above freezing, I think I can handle it. I should candle the eggs today and just see what might be happening.
DS$ is heading off to Laser Tag this evening for a friend's BDay. I wish I could go....., maybe I will take the boys to the place over Spring Break and "just supervise."

Thanks for the tea, it's well below freezing today, though after the shock of yesterday the chickens seem ok with it today. I'm back to knocking ice out of the waterer during the day. *sigh*

Only 16 days until spring!

Going to be sugaring off our very first sap tomorrow! And of course it's going to be -16 (3 F)

I guess I'll start the coffee and tea this morning

Been MIA that last couple days but got caught up on all the posts. So we had so really, really warm weather, maple tree has small buds on it and my Koi were out and swimming around in the pond only to wake up this morning to 12F and a Saturday to boot. Hubby says too cold to coop build today...we'll see about that.

Ticks are nasty little buggers. My DH had lyme's and both my dogs. My setter even got a weird tick illness, I forget the name but asperagillis or something or other. Caused neurilogical damage, like Bell's palsy. He was walking crooked and one of his eye and half his face was all droopy and he couldnt keep his balance. It was scary. He recovered well thank goodness.

Have a fantastic Saturday and stay safe for those with nasty weather.

Good Morning. It is cold and has been for the last couple of days. Glad I'm home with the fire going. Made some lasagna yesterday for the niece who moved into their house yesterday. Still a lot of work to be done and they are pregnant with child number two! Which is exciting, but they don't have a finished bedroom for him/her yet! Also made a bunch of bars, brownies and Jell-O shots. Headed to a camp party later today. And that's all I'm going to say about that!
