Ugh. Never had to do steroids but I imagine it's not something that you'd want to do often. Did he at least put you on more potent antibiotics?No, they offered me a steroid shot but i just had a course of steroids. The doctor thinks its just allergies! Ha, yeah allergies spread to your ears and make your tooth ache. Right. Sigh. Getting blood work today. They might have told me, i would have fasted. At least i weigh less this early in the day.

One thing I know is keeping a regular sleep pattern is one of the most important things that you can do for yourself to prevent lapses into depression. Easier said than done but I try as best as I can. Naps are a really bad thing tooI sleep more when feeling down. At one point i was staying up until 2 or 4 am and sleeping until 2 pm. Now i try to get up by 930 or 10. Husband doesn't get it , but then he does not suffer from depression.
Once in a while a short nap (like an hour) really helps me.
