I went shopping and he stayed home. I think he just stayed in all day. I picked up some lumber he wanted, had to sort through so much to get some that are straight and smooth i broke out in a sweat! Got some chicken feed, window boxes on sale, oh and some fabric for a wall hanging at Hobby lobby. Used my online coupon. Also got a little wood burning tool, i want to try making some signs of wood. I have not been anywhere like that in a while.
He is getting ready to grill steaks for supper. He is taking some ibuprofen so it must be bothering him. I think he might have broken ribs but they don't do anything for those anyway. No requests to go to hospital yet. He never went when we were in the car crash . I had 3 broken ribs, and i suspect he did too. I went to the ER but he just went along for the ride. An old man fell asleep at the wheel and would have hit us head on but husband swerved so it was a side swipe. Car was totalled. So we were lucky.

I hope so too! Did i mention the time he knocked himself out with the post pounder? He would not go get checked then either.

He really should have things like that looked at. Does He have a phobia about Dr.s or Hospitals? Would an Urgent care work?

He just figures there is not much they can do for him. He didn't go the time he had a sub dural hematoma either. He thought it was a bad migraine.
He does go to the doctor and has labs done, takes his medication daily. Just can't be bothered to go to the hospital. Not sure why.

Birthday was great fun. Sometimes it's hard being a grand parent. Older GD who nearly died of Lupus Nephritis 5 years ago is working and attending college. She was very tired - too much on her plate, but I guess that's none of my business.

GS's team got beat in the semi finals 9 to 0. Top 4 out of 64 teams is not bad.

Field trial for me today - dogs ran well and placed 2nd and 3rd. Now let me at the coffee.

Nice report on the Grand Kids!

Overall is sounds like things are going well. Still we Worry! My Grandma said that as she got older She had more to worry about because she worried about her children and the the grand children came along...

Grandma was a real sweet heart for sure!
