we hit 0.5 F last night - I know I am going back to bed. This is supposed to be our only sunny day - hope it will melt some of the driveway snow.

Sadly, at those temps I doubt it.

We got above freezing for a couple of weeks. All it did was turn all of the compacted snow into ice. Thankfully my neighbour got us some cleats for our boots free from her work.

The folks next door have it easy. Four cars( 3 drivers ???) covering part of the driveway for them Plus their driveway has full southern exposure. My driveway is on north side-

Home, I live near Albuquerque.

Well, after we pick up the dogs, and the mail.

The folks next door have it easy. Four cars( 3 drivers ???) covering part of the driveway for them Plus their driveway has full southern exposure. My driveway is on north side-

Our driveway is 400 feet long and gravel. We have a circular drive near the house. The road we live at the end of is dirt and not a county maintained road. The other end is another dirt road maintained by the county. I think we have a 4x4 for that reason!
