BYC Café

Okay I Googled it and Plymouth is in between both of those cities in terms of population (~58,000) but nowhere near Boston. But Plymouth is hugeeee, spans a lot of land, has 2 high schools, I think we might have been over this? So Lynchburg and Danville are maybe the equivalent of Plymouth? Lots of shopping and restaurants and stuff there. And definitely big and parts developed, parts not

But curious, what's the nearest like big city? Is there one of those even nearby? Like big as in Boston or New York, etc., etc.

First day back @ work in almost a month. Feels weird.

We're finally supposed to get a decent snowfall starting this afternoon. 6". Nothing major, but at least some ground cover.

Morning Cafe, thanks for the coffee!

I think all of you are colder than me. We're going to get into the 40's here today but supposedly there is another front on it's way.

DH was just telling me he had an email from one of our FL friends that included a photo of him (the friend) bundled up, sitting on a lawn chair on TOP of his frozen swimming pool.

Mornin', y'all!:frow

Significant brrr-age out there again this morning - mid-teens. That's several degrees colder than was forecast. They are saying a high around 50 today, but as much as I hope that's true, I'm inclined to believe it when I see it at this point, with "partly sunny" as the rest of the forecast. At least the rest of the week is supposed to be more seasonal temperatures, though there's a decent chance of rain later in the week - like we need that (*sigh*).
