Sorry I haven't been by in a while.
Been busy getting my house in the city ready to sell. It will officially go on the market on Wednesday.
The snow has been melting fast, resulting in a lot of our driveways becoming lakes (sadly the chicken run too). A friend loaned us a trailer to move our stuff, but we promptly got stuck in the mud only halfway through the gate. It's that kind of mud that grabs hold and won't let go. CJ and I have both ended up falling into it while trying to get our feet unstuck. So, the trailer is sitting in our neighbours yard, waiting for the drive to dry out a bit. What happens today? Our first spring rain. I'm glad it wasn't more snow, but still...

Hope everyone is doing well and kinda sorta somewhat behaving themselves.

When I planted trees in Alberta I got stuck in that mud...I got pretty worried actually 'cause I was having a lot of trouble getting out and I was worried they were going to have to send someone out to look for me at the end of the day!

Good advice! I worked too hard in the garden for 2 days, suffering bad muscle cramps. Took a muscle relaxer and drinking lots of water. I will look for gator aide when i get up.

You and me both Cap. I didn't have cramps but I couldn't relax and sleep until I took a muscle relaxer. Hope you feel better today and take it easy

Thanks! I once took care of a roofer in the hospital that got too dehydrated. Very painful. I will not be digging today, that is for sure. Maybe work on the rabbit run. I took half a muscle relaxer. Don't want to sleep until i drink lots more.

I really need alot of strong coffee this morning! Just got home from work, looked at my birds, checked my bators (4) cabinet (3 )foam. Had 147 pheasants hatch last night while at work!
Now for the
Cap, igorsMistress, hope y'all get some rest and recuperate today, sore muscles ain't no fun!
I'm off to get my brooder set up, should be ready to go in 2hrs.

Holy mackeral! I thought 4 incubators in the bedroom was a lot! Can hardly wait to see pictures of your other pheasants and the chicks. I may be adding on to my hoop coop when hubby goes on vacation!

Got my coffee, but it's almost 9am and I feel like I've wasted the morning already
About to go out and put some laundry up, then see if the little one will help me in the garden for a bit before we head to playgroup.
Sooooooo glad to have not-freezing weather.
