Good morning, Café. and thanks Debby. Got on the scale this morning. It's amazing how weight quickly returns. I have seriously slipped off the low carb wagon, and joint pain and weight are coming back. Today I will start behaving again.

Sour have you tried this scale method?

Afternoon friend went home this am but not before her dog crapped on the floor in that room but glad I got to see her ... she took good care of me for 12 months after my stroke.... it was going on 6 years ago now
