BYC Café

I had the misfortune to go with a few other gals to a different shopping mall. What a mistake. Most of the stores were empty BUT Kohls was packed. The lines were long, the check out very slow, and the biggest sale deal I saw posted was a measly 10% off their very overpriced items. Everybody else bought stuff, I had nothing. I'm so glad I do most of my shopping on line.

Cost me nearly $ 9 for a skimpy lunch - the cheapest at Chic-fil-a. I am totally over their chicken. It's a million times better at Boston Market (which is not a Mall store). Should have walked the block to Jason's Deli - no snow but, slippery glaze on streets & sidewalks, so chickened out.

Must make a note to self "NEVER do this again!" Sorry for the rant. Got home at 1:30pm and have done some serious napping.

Good morning everyone, thanks for the coffee Shad!

Here's some bread for your salted cod

Hi IM :frow
I enjoyed your barefoot quote on the other thread, seemed entirely appropriate coming from you:)

Good morning NFC :frow

I do own shoes :gigI have Flintstone feet, seriously, and I've always had trouble finding shoes wide enough. Barefoot is easier and less expensive ;)

My sis-in-law has the strangest looking feet (and would die if she knew I was telling you all). Tiny, tiny feet that are as wide as they are long. When she buys shoes, she should just throw the shoes away and wear the boxes. Just in case you ever run into her, don't kid her about them, she's a bit touchy. :lau
