You know it! I was worried you all were disappointed. But everything happens for a reason.

Wasn't it last week Maui had record snowfall? It didn't last long but still!

Over lunch the Princess said, "It never snowed on my birthday that I can remember." We do get March snows, sometimes significant, but generally they do not stay long. Temps are supposed to drop into the teens for the next week. It will be a good time to be away. No complaints here. For us it has been an easy winter.

Yep, been easy here too, except for the next 3 nights...I guess I can handle it.
I mean, who can complain about 81°F weather in January and February?

I forgot where you are headed Sour Maui , the Big Island, or ????? My family also goes to one of the million(maybe not that many) pig roasts. Some are much better than others. I'll shoot him a quick email and see if he can recommend anything.

A week on Maui and a week on Kauii - no luaus this time. For some reason the hula dancers generally pick me to go up on stage and embarrass - I don't embarrass readily they soon discover.

Hope Princess takes lots of embarassing photos of you. Just for fun- many of us have suffered thru the polar vortex - and we need some comic relief. You know we love you Sour.

Okay, flight out tomorrow has already been canceled. We are now rescheduled for early Tuesday morning. Will be going to an airport hotel tomorrow afternoon. If new flight is cancelled/rescheduled we will just hang out.

And DD, yes I think pancakes are definitely more dessert and whenever I eat them I always pig out and feel really weird after haha

True!! I usually make scrambled eggs too or an omelette and toast (well not always toast if I make pancakes) and sometimes bacon or sausage.

I also put home made yogurt on one of the waffle sections. The pro biotics help digest the thing!
