Sometimes I'm not sure which is worse! At least it's not blowing AND snowing...yet. You can keep the wind, but I'm glad to hear you are getting a break from the snow.

Not quite ready to open the restaurant yet but getting closer every day. Once the all clear is given that the water is ok (it has to be tested every year before we can use it), then it's full steam ahead with all the prep work making everything from sauces, to side dishes, to smoking the meat. Hopefully, we'll be ready to open this coming Tuesday.

So far the 2 deliveries have worked out ok (other than the produce & dairy items being within a couple of days of expiration). I'm not breathing easy over that company yet, but it's looking promising!

I remember there being problems with delivery last year at first. Maybe they need to get a rhythm going
