You won't find fried chicken at my house (unless DH picks up some just for him). I can't stand itGive me roasted or baked any day!
Yep! Pork brains with egg, flour, salt, pepper, and garlic whipped into a paste then deep fried. I prefer cow brains but they are harder to come by since they can’t sell them in stores anymore. We have a few cattle farmers that sell us some though.
