I was texted by the Manufacturing manager asking me when I could start in Binghamton after the gold line has been fully decommissioned. I told him November 4, possibly earlier and then told him my normal work days and asked if that would remain my primary schedule at the same pay, and oh, by the way, to whom shall I report?
He replied, that my current schedule is fine and nothing will change for my pay and I, as of now, report to him.
So two out of three ain't bad! Same days, same pay = good. Working for him = . I never liked the guy at Sanmina and my opinion of him did not improve when I returned to i3 when he had already started there. But I don't consider myself too terribly stupid and can keep my opinions under wrap, be professional and get the job done. You never know who you'll be working for in the future so just keep it to yourself. Looks like that practice has paid off.

I managed to "finish" the walkway. My back is in torment. This was a wider walkway and I had stretch out to my furthest reach holding a very slippery somewhat heavy jar of product and carefully drizzle it onto the pea stones. I also had to draw the Gravel Lok up in a 10cc syringe to drizzle it under the siding and near the siding so I didn't slop it ON the siding with the jar. The leaves are coming down in buckets and blowing onto the walkway. I may have some well adhered by morning.
I could not get the lid off the Gravel Lok jug. It was fused on as I didn't clean the material off the rim after the first walkway application. So I had to drill a hole in the side of the jug. I still have a bit over a quart left that I want to use for spot touch up on both walkways so I wrapped the jug in saran wrap and taped over the hole to reinforce it. Time will tell if that keeps the product usable.

Lets hope your lucky and the leaves just brush off when the gravel lock sets.
A scaffold board or similar resting on two blocks sat on the grass might help with the leaning over.

A hot, steamy shower and some Aspercream will help with the back. And once you're back is better, would you please share a picture?

Gee. I could write my name on my skin with Absorbine Jr. and within an hour it would welt up red. I think I should pass on any topical pain relief.
I can take a picture now but without the stone retaining wall...

A scaffold board or similar resting on two blocks sat on the grass might help with the leaning over.

I laid a piece of OSB over the surface to get up under the siding but the way this stuff goes down you inevitable have to go back over some spots, hence the reaching.

Ah, I see. I had assumed grass both sides of the path for some reason.

Are you moving to the new place?

No. I'll just have a longer drive to get to work. When I still lived with my parents in Apalachin I worked in Binghamton. It's not a bad drive at all.
