@Shadrach how did your DD's weekend of kings and castles go?

I don't know Perris. I haven't heard from her yet. We keep in touch but it's not every day or even every month. Her and her husband like it over there so I expect they had a good time. I think they took their bikes with them to get around on.

We were at Costco a week ago not hoarding or pushing folks there we keep a case of the small water bottles they are showing limits of 2 on most the paper type and water so maybe some ... Got home to find the water bottle twice as big as we normally buy but still sterile ..

Thanks! They are both fine. Mostly just surprised & mad.

The Costco we go to hasn’t had toilet or tissue paper for a couple weeks. The only water they have is the expensive alkaline water, but we try not to buy too much single use bottled water anyway.

We bought one case of bottled water just in case the power goes out for more than a reasonable length of time and we are stuck hiking up to the spring. Our snow is melting quickly but is far from gone. My first sign of Spring is...
a moth in the headlights at 8000 ft. That is always the first sign of spring up here!
Flowers come out way later.

We went put the birds to bed BF fed the outside cats .. We feed them in my old Shasta rv trailer it has about breathed it's last but they go in when it rains or too cold that is their home

I don't worry too much about tp. Due to frequent sinus issues, I always have a ton of Kleenex stored away. Better than using a bucket of water.

I was in Walgreens the other day getting Epsom salts for my roo’s foot. I just ran in for the one thing so I didn’t bother to bring a grocery bag. They had 6# bags on sale for ‘buy 1 get one 50% off’ so I grabbed 2 bags & headed to the counter. EVERYBODY was looking at me & at what I was buying. It was awkward being analyzed like that. Anyway, I walked out to the parking lot with a big bag in each arm & people where literally craning their necks in their cars to see what I had. I told DH that all those people were probably googling Epsom salts like crazy & that by next week there’d be none on any shelf for miles. (sigh!)

Gee I got a bargain on Epsom salts some time ago. I didn't need it but it was a large bag with a low price of 88 cents on clearance. I do like it for a good soak. Wally World wanted nearly 10 times as much.
