Thank you for the coffee. Cloudy and icky here. I'll be baking bread this morning....stores were out. I love the smell of fresh bread!

I've been watching with great interest the politicians here in Spain using the virus crisis to further their particular agendas which don't seem to have an awful lot to do with health care.

I am delighted to see UK politicians NOT doing this; I think they're exhausted party-political-wise from the 3 years of Brexit stalemate and there's little real opposition since the last election. I also think Boris is doing OK, rather surprisingly. If only the media (inc the BBC) would stop s**t-stirring we'd get through this better.

Good morning, all! Very little traffic on the roads this morning. I was surprised to have two customers, so far. I feel bad for the folks who work at the grocery stores. They all looked pretty haggard on Friday and I'm sure it's worse then it was.

I have to go to Lowe's again and plan to stop at Sam's Club for bulk nuts. I'm also just plain curious to see the human nut behavior.

It's funny how the panic begets panic. Not funny haha, but just odd to watch. I tried to find nuts in the shell and couldn't find any, only shelled stuff. Good luck on your shopping excursion!

Hey good morning Cafe we have fire wood being delivered in short order.. Thanks guzzled my second cup ... getting a bit strange here this morning guy bringing it is the soon to be x of my best friend ... Tomorrow we will go to home depot get wood to enlarge my #2 coop my old grow out is getting a boost hold all the birds I have picked up.. We bought cashews at Costco

Well, I have gone and done it. I kicked my 20 something DS# to the curb. He was going to move out at the end of the month anyway but he spent the last weekend with friends that had flown in from Reno and now CO is really exploding in virus, especially in the high country, so I told him that he was not coming back into the house. We have a camper at the ranch where he is working so he will live there. I have his stuff gathered and will put it out by the driveway... He was pretty speechless but I had warned him last week about being careful. Oh well. I have other people to take care of. Sigh

Sorry to hear that, Margie. Hopefully none of your lot ends up with it. Everyone has to use their best judgement, especially with the travelling. I talked to a guy last week who said his friend had traveled to the Philippines. The guy and the gal had their picture taken and everyone around them had masks on except them. Not a real bright bunch.
