that's a blast from the past! I think it must be 30 years since I've seen that word!
Legacy software is going to be a nightmare for us all sooner or later.

Presumably it was in too strong or too long. I got conflicting info from the website I was following and other sources over how long to brine, from 2 hours (the former) to up to 24 hours (the latter), and followed the former. I also rinsed it afterwards and threw away the brine as advised.

Are the batteries in your calendar quite weak such that time is passing more slowly for you than the rest of us since the Festival of St. Jordi is supposed to be April 23?
My guess is they postponed it this year due to the Covid shutdowns. I hope there is no spike from people celebrating St Jordi.

Ooops, my bad. Not all that good at the saints stuff.....
Try Saint Joan for today. St Jordies is the holiday when people give each other roses I think.

Good morning, Cafe. Thanks for the coffee, Shad. Do you celebrate Saint Jordies day and if so, how?
We had rain last night and chances of thunder showers today. I'm hoping to get through this morning to the Work Share office again but something tells me I'm going to fail...

I don't DL. I don't celebrate any of the religious holidays.
The only Bank Holiday I celebrate as such is May Day.
I do make sure I know when Ramadan is though and have been known to make myself welcome at the end of Ramadan for the food.
