Got English American translation problems. What exactly is that. It can't be normal concrete because you mixed it with a bucket and paddle. Some self leveling properties? You don't mention having to float it off. Looking good though. No expansion joints?

Another ghastly morning here. 30 something at 9am with 60 something humidity. Walk outside and you're dripping sweat. Needless to say I won't be doing much today.

Yes. SLU means Self-Leveling Underlayment. I had just finished the pour when I took the picture. I'll be able to set the base and the curb today and start installing the membrane on the walls that will wrap down onto the floor about 2".

the Princess is having a snore fest

Ear plugs. I use these:

DH runs the Snoring Express through the bedroom every night. One of the dogs was also a bad snorer.
