Glad to hear Skittles is fine. We used "dress" Stoli up for trips to the mountains. Orange, bells, blinking lights on her collar. She would be easily confused with a bear. Plus she was black as night, so in the dark you'd trip over her.

Morning cafe lively place this morning I had vests for my dogs if they where loose.
Lot's of folks thought they where wolves.. Boy what a trip if you stumble over any dog that large Meg ....

Ordered a new wall calendar, keep pocket style here in computer room.
I did not have TV for my working life was never home allot, had music playing.

My chicken get visited and spooked at least twice daily. Sometimes even up to 6 times a day, depending on the time of year and the weather.
This is also the reason why some chicken breeds like Salmon Faverolle etc. are no longer part of my flocks. Because of the innate traits of their breeds they are just not able to react in time to seek shelter.

Just today I saw the goshawk take off a little shaken after another unsuccessful attack. A bunch of crows going right after him.

The crows here will mob a Goshawk.
