We have mostly sun here today with some periods of clouds. Accuweather said we would have rain now but just some clouds so far.

Another gorgeously sunny day here!
Moved (most) the rest of the last 6-8" of snow off the patio,
in prep for the coming 8-10".
Shoveling doesn't appear to be much hindered by the sore shoulder, or make it worse,
thankgoodness.

Eek, more snow. Glad it doesn't bother your shoulder much!

They keep changing the forecast, of course, but it's over 4-5 days.
The latest is 13" from Thursday afternoon thru Monday.

We got a whole inch last night after a fair bit of rain. A little slippery this morning! I keep thinking it's coming, but it never shows.

This winter has been so mild for so long. Now that they're finally threatening us with some real winter weather, I don't want to deal with it.

Oh, that's right. I don't have to. I just have to take the dog out and take care of the chickens. That's it. Hubby is the one who has to deal with winter weather. And he likes it.

Time to go make spaghetti sauce for dinner. It sure was a beautiful day.

I think that Maggie just saw the ghost. She came over and sat by my chair, stared at the computer room door and growled menacingly. Big growl for such a little girl.

Ghost? Is this the same ‘monster’ she thought she saw the other day, or something different?

No - the 'monster' is anything that makes noise outside. The 'Ghost' is our resident ghost. He's a bit of a jokester.
